NAADE Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Warehouse Manager. NAADE Inc. is an established Mexico based Company that designs, manufactures, markets and distributes automotive accessories under the Go Rhino, Big Country and Go Rhino Public Safety brands in the USA and Canada. NAADE Inc. also manufactures automotive accessories for major Automotive OEM and private label Partners in Mexico and the USA.

This position will report directly to the Logistics Director, based in Guadalajara MX. office with additional support from the Logistics Manager based in Brea, CA.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to, managing all aspects of the operation of the Laredo Distribution Center including people, facility, services and equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and direct warehouse operations and personnel, including: Shipping, Receiving, Order Processing, Packing, Product Put-Away, Returns and IC
• Lead, train and develop warehouse associates to set up and enable inbound and outbound operations that provide unparalleled customer service
• Monitor and manage freight claims and error rates
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory integrity by establishing a cycle count program and product consolidation
• Ensure warehouse operation is clean, safe, secure and efficient
• Meet and exceed established KPI’s standards for productivity, inventory management and Customer Service. Establish and maintain performance reporting.
• Analyze delivery and inventory issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures.

• Handle all shipping and order fulfillment for both ecommerce and Warehouse Distributors

• Review warehouse utilization and recommend ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage operational and freight expenses within approved budget guidelines
