LAREDO, Texas—The City of Laredo will have a grand inauguration of a T-38 aircraft that will be on display at the Laredo International Airport. The City of Laredo International Airport acquired the aircraft from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and was fully restored to resemble the very same T-38 aircrafts used by the United States Air Force in the mid-1960s at the former Laredo Air Base.
