The Heart and Vascular Center at Doctors Hospital of Laredo invites you to take part in the Laredo
Cardiac Support Group.

The support group provides an opportunity for heart patients, friends or family to follow-up with the DHL
staff involved in heart care. In particular, patients will be able to speak to physicians as well as hear from
representatives from the DHL Cardiac Rehab program.

The Laredo Center for the Arts in collaboration with SketchBomb Laredo is proud to present Play: Series 2, a toy inspired art exhibit.  Play’s Opening Reception will take place on Thursday, July 13th from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Play: Series 2 will showcase custom painted munny toys as well as custom made hand sculpted toys and toy inspired paintings illustrating a wide range of styles and subject matter.  The show is composed of over 40 toy inspired works of art created by local artists ranging from accomplished professional painters to comic book artists to students and hobbyists.

Over thirty local artists working and living in Laredo were giving free license to sculpt, paint, and create their very own pop art toy.  

This one-of-a-kind design exhibit challenged each artist to explore their imagination and in turn create their unique own pop art toy or toy inspired painting. 

This event is free and open to the public. Music will be curated by The Pop Rocks. Light refreshments will be served. Stop by the A.R. Graphics Printing Shop booth and print your own T-Shirt from a variety of limited edition designs made by local artists! T-shirts will be free while supplies last.
