Lending is pleased to announce it has opened its fifth mortgage bank branch in
Texas at 9114 McPherson Road, Suite 2503, Laredo. The new branch is its
26th retail branch operation. LoanStar is licensed in 17
states, primarily in the West and Southwest.

The new LoanStar branch in Laredo is led by Carlos Garza,
Jr, Branch Manager and Senior Residential Mortgage Loan Officer (NMLS #
215946). Carlos is joined by RMLO’s Charlie Guerrero (NMSL # 197326) and
Gisela Mendoza (NMLS # 1019056). Kris Garza is a Loan Officer Assistant
and RMLO (NMLS # 968924). “We are really excited to join LoanStar who has built
