Laredo, Texas – On February 27th, PeopleFund held a Grand Opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony to mark their 8^th location within the Mile One Incubator. In attendance were strategic partners, including the Laredo Chamber of Commerce, the TAMIU Small Business Development Center, area financial institutions, local entrepreneurs, and PeopleFund staff.

 

PeopleFund is a nonprofit small business lender offering a wide range of affordable small business loans with a focus on minorities, women, veterans, and low income entrepreneurs. The organization’s mission is to create economic opportunity and financial stability for underserved people through access to capital, education, and resources to build healthy small businesses.
