The Dri-Tri is a competitive and measureable training event for all fitness levels! By participating, you will be able to assess and improve your personal fitness ability as well as track your progress. Your family and friends are welcome to come cheer you on as you compete as well as enjoy healthy snacks sponsored by Laredo’s top notch health vendors and enjoy music from a live DJ!

In the *Full Dri Tri*, 

Participants Will:
-Row 2,000 Meters
-Perform 300 Repetitions of Body-Weight Exercises, AND 
-Complete a 5K Run (3.1 miles) on the Treadmill (distances for bikers, striders, and power walkers will vary).

BRIGHTWOOD COLLEGE IN LAREDO TO HOST CAREER FAIR MARCH 22

Local campus to participate in national event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

LAREDO, Texas – February 16, 2018– Brightwood College in Laredo will host a Career Fair Thursday, March 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the campus located at 6410 McPherson Road. The event is free and open to the public and will feature career development opportunities, refreshments and giveaways. Additionally, resume workshops and mock interviews will be offered from 1 to 3 p.m. Event attendees 18 and older can enter to win prizes such as a Chromebook or four $25 gift cards. Members of the community planning to attend must register with the campus prior to the event by calling 956-717-5909.

The event will also allow attendees to explore programs offered through Brightwood College including: Business Administration, Medical Assistant, Medical Billing and Coding Specialist, Patient Care Technician and Pharmacy Technician.

Doctors Hospital of Laredo is hosting a Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month Public Forum. This event is scheduled for Thursday, March 22^nd at 6:00 p.m. at Providence Health Center – 230 Calle del Norte.
